Therapy

I draw on a number of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including compassion-focused therapy (CFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). However, I take a personalised approach to treatment, drawing on these in an integrative and flexible manner to meet the unique needs, situation and goals of the person I'm working with.

I will aim to work with you in a collaborative and supportive way to develop a greater understanding of your difficulties, and to explore pathways to meaningful change, whether that's brief work to navigate a specific situation or issue, or longer-term work to address more deep-rooted difficulties.
